qualification apply to the K-1 Fiancé
Visa. Both parties must be single, over
the legal age, and have an intend to get
married. The couple must be together for
over two years. Any children under the age
of 21 may also qualify for K-1 visa as accompany
relatives. They, too, will be able to apply
for green cards afterwards.
There are no quota restrictions for the
K-1 Fiancé Visa. There are two steps
involved in receiving this visa. The petition
approval usually takes at least four months.
After your petition has been approved, it
will take an additional one to four months
for the consulate or embassy to issue your
visa.
