Applications

There are two different ways to enter the DV Green Card Lottery - Online or Through the e-mail. Below are the steps involved in both processes.

Procedure for Applying Online:

1. Fill out the online EDV Entry Form for the Green Card Lottery prepared by the Immigration Service Center.

2. You do NOT need to sign the application but NEED to attach all needed photographs and online back to the us.

3. Enclose your payment.

4. Immigration Service Center screens each application and sends out a confirmation email.

5. Submission to USA Immigration office of your error-free lottery application.

Procedure for Applying through the Mail:

1. Download and print the application form in your preferred format (pdf, word, and html).

2. Fill out all the required parts.

3. Enclose your payment and e-mail us your signed application along with all needed photographs.

4. Immigration Service Center screens each application and sends out a confirmation email.

5. Submission to USA Immigration office of your error-free lottery application.
